The 24-year-old, Red Cheek Prince, will jet to the Big Apple along with a four-strong entourage in business class and the Queen will pick up the tab for his first foreign tour.
Third in line to throne, Prince Harry’s low-maintenance visit was said to be in a stark contrast to the pricey Stateside trips undertaken by his father Charles and uncle Andrew.
Charles and Camilla left a £330,000 bill after taking a private jet to New York four years ago, while Andrew raked up a £118,440 tab when he hired a plane to fly across the States last year.
